A New Website Feature: AnswerBox! Product questions, answered!

A few weeks ago I told you about a new feature on our website called Power Reviews. But the fun and information doesn't stop there because we've recently incorporated another add-on, called AnswerBox.

Just what is AnswerBox? Basically, on our website, on each product page, under the Power Reviews, you'll see a little "Questions?" link. If you don't see the answer within the product page details of something you are dying to know? Then click that link and ask your question. Within a short amount of time, one of our product experts will respond!

Here's an example of how it appears when a question has been asked and answered about a Phenix helmet recently:
